Clients begin their healing journey by reclaiming their hope, identifying their resiliency, and thriving beyond their struggles.  Because I believe that you are the expert of your life, you can expect to be able to set your goals to help you through this process.

My clients and their families are supported in improving their outlook about themselves and the world around them while acknowledging the hurt and experiences they have endured throughout the therapeutic process.

Authenticity is practiced becauseI do not believe in creating a false reality with positivity that does not live in truth. I believe that creating a space where you are comfortable saying “I don’t know” or “ I don’t like…”.

One of the most important parts of our professional relationship is allowing you to feel comfortable enough to say when you are not ok.

A collaborative, flexible approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in clinical training and shaped by the belief that therapy works best when it’s collaborative.

That means we adjust the work to fit you — not the other way around.

In our sessions, you can expect a mix of:

  • Warm, conversational support

  • Practical, skills-based strategies

  • Structured trauma treatments when appropriate, including EMDR and TF-CBT

  • CAMS-informed care for suicidality when needed

  • Collaboration with family members or support systems when helpful to your care

What you can expect over time

Therapy isn’t just about getting through a hard moment — it’s about building something more sustainable.

Over time, clients often move toward:

  • Improved executive functioning and day-to-day stability

  • More supportive and balanced relationships

  • Better decision-making and discernment

  • A stronger sense of direction and self-understanding

  • Greater ability to know when and how to seek support

The goal is long-term change that holds up outside of therapy.‍ ‍
